PRINCIPAL, HAPPY DAYS SCHOOL, SHIVPURI, MADHYA PRADESH
Anjali and Samskruti of Mindelevate Training Technologies conducted teacher training at Happy Days School for two academic sessions (2023-2025). In the first year, 20 teachers were trained in language development which included grammar, speaking, reading and writing skills. The sessions also included classroom management. There were 3 online sessions per month and 3 physical visits to the school where class observation was done and detailed reports generated for each teacher. The online sessions were thorough, all the teachers were involved and asked to participate. Homework was given and checked to see that learning had taken place. In the second year, they did remarkable work with our Primary and Kindergarten teachers for the development of the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) under the new educational guidelines. The teachers were instructed by them on how to assess the students based on the domains given in the HPC. This year long training given to our teachers was very beneficial. They would be useful for schools based in Tier 2 and Tier3 towns. We wish Mindelevate Training Technologies all the best for the future.
TRUSTEE, DR. P. SATYANARAYAN MEMORIAL TRUST, GOPALPUR, ODISHA
Mindelevate Training Technologies conducted a physical workshop in December 2019 under the aegis of the Dr. P. Satyanarayan Memorial Trust. This included physical visits, classroom observations and interaction with primary teachers of 11 schools of which 9 were government schools and 2 were private. This was followed by extensive instructional workshops on classroom management, technical guidance on teaching English and Mathematics, student and parent counselling, inclusive classroom, curriculum planning, etc. Support groups were created for online counselling of teachers, based on their feedback. It was an enriching experience for the teachers and gave them an opportunity to connect with new teaching methods. We wish them success and hope to collaborate with them in the future.
CHANDELAO VIKAS SANSTHAN, CHANDELAO, JODHPUR, RAJASTHAN
A big thank you to Ms. Samskruti Chauhan and Ms. Anjali Mandal for taking the time and effort to travel all the way to Chandelao, a remote village in Rajasthan, to conduct a transformative three-day teacher training program for the primary school teachers in our local government school. Over the course of the training, Ms. Chauhan and Ms. Mandal offered practical, actionable guidance that our teachers could immediately apply in their classrooms. They conducted multiple sessions over the 3-day program, which included observation of all classes in the morning and conducting sessions with the teachers in the afternoons to offer solutions tailored to the school’s requirements. From the importance of classroom and layout design in creating an engaging learning environment, to the subtle yet crucial practices like regularly checking in with parents to ensure each child’s holistic development, every session was filled with insights that deeply resonated with our educators. Our teachers found the sessions both eye-opening and empowering. Many of them remarked on how this was the first time they had received such specific, hands-on direction that felt truly relevant to their day-to-day challenges We are incredibly grateful to Ms. Chauhan and Ms. Mandal for their generosity, expertise, and the personal attention they gave to each participant. Their efforts will have a lasting impact on not just our teachers, but on the hundreds of young minds they nurture every day. The training has already begun to inspire small but significant shifts in teaching practices across the school.
