Anjali Mandal and Samskruti Chauhan, ex teachers, colleagues and friends from Delhi Public School R K Puram, New Delhi with over 20 years of teaching experience in the primary sections and considerable administrative responsibilities decided to quit their jobs to go into partnership. They set up a teacher training company in 2019, called Mindelevate Training Technologies,LLP. This was the outcome of a common passion to bring a relevant, child-centric and hands-on approach specifically targeting teachers at the Foundational Level catering to children in the age group of 3-7 years. As educators, they felt they could share their many years of experience and practical knowledge of teaching in classrooms with educators who face similar challenges teaching at the primary level in India. Graduated in English from Hindu College, Delhi University, followed by a Diploma in accounting from Oxford Brookes University and three years in London with a firm of chartered accountants. She came back to Delhi to pursue her passion for teaching, after completing her nursery teacher training. She taught for almost two decades in Delhi Public school, R K Puram followed by a brief stint as the principal of The Study. Shifting from her teaching job to teacher training, she formed a partnership firm in 2019 with her ex-colleague, Samskruti Chauhan. She has authored a children’s book in March 2023.
A Physics graduate and a qualified special educator,she has teaching
experience of almost two decades in various educational institutes, of which 15 years were in Delhi Public School, RK Puram and 1 year in Hopscotch, UK. She also headed the Nursery School, DPS RK Puram for three years. In 2022, she taught as a guest faculty in the District Institute of Education & Training (DIET) in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. She was a contributor to the handbook on Early Childhood Care & Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
